I graduated from Western Kentucky University having majored in sociology with a minor in sexuality studies. I received my Masters in Social Work from Indiana University Purdue University of Indianapolis. I have been working professionally in the social service field for the past 12 years. My professional experiences have allowed me the opportunity to assist with behavioral and emotional needs of children, adolescents, and adults in urban, suburban, and virtual settings.
I have worked with children and adults seeking assistance with behavioral and emotional matters including anxiety, stress management, self-esteem, ADHD, and general mental health concerns. I work hard to build trusting and supportive relationships through a client focused, strengths-based, and collaborative approach.
